SHIPPING POLICY

Products will be shipped when payment has cleared.

Products will be shipped in Flat Rate boxes and tracking will be provided to the buyer.

Allow 1 day for handling and packaging
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Due to the nature of some knives, a return or exchange may be out of the question, those circumstances are as follows.

Knives that have personalized blades with etching,etc.

If the knife has been used extensively, misused and/or damaged
-
If the sheath, blade or handle has been altered
-
14 days after delivery date
If you plan to return the knife, you may do so with the penalty of a 5% restocking fee.
If you'd like to exchange a knife, you can choose any knife from the store's stock that is equal to or less than the cost of your current knife with a refund of the difference in price.
Refunds and exchanges will not be accepted after 2 weeks from the delivery date.
