SHIPPING POLICY
  • Products will be shipped when payment has cleared.

  • Products will be shipped in Flat Rate boxes and tracking will be provided to the buyer.

  • Allow 1 day for handling and packaging

​​RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY​

Due to the nature of some knives, a return or exchange may be out of the question, those circumstances are as follows.

  1. Knives that have personalized blades with etching,etc.

  2. If the knife has been used extensively, misused and/or damaged

  3. If the sheath, blade or handle has been altered

  4. 14 days after delivery date

If you plan to return the knife, you may do so with the penalty of a 5% restocking fee.

If you'd like to exchange a knife, you can choose any knife from the store's stock that is equal to or less than the cost of your current knife with a refund of the difference in price. 

Refunds and exchanges will not be accepted after 2 weeks from the delivery date.
