CUSTOMER CARE
All knives we sell are handmade and have been extensively tested before being sent out to the buyer. As with any knife or tool, they can be misused. I am not liable for this misuse or any damage done to the knife in its misuse. Failure of any product due to this misuse is not grounds for refund or exchange.
I fully understand that knives will wear down and even break due to normal use as some point.
Accidents do happen, in the case that your knife fails (blade breaks or handle splits) I will take a look at the problem and offer recompense.
WHOLESALE INQUIRIES
If you, as a business or retailer would like to sell my products, I can offer discounts on bulk orders. Starting at 10 units, I can offer a 20% discount on the order subtotal. At 20 units, I can offer a 25% discount on the order subtotal. At 50 units, I can offer a 30% discount.
For bulk orders, I will require 1/2 payment before beginning and the second half with shipping within a week of completion.
